My silent killer snuck up on me these past couple weeks --- It tried to overpower me and the progress I have fought to obtain. I am thankful to my support system that helped guide me in the right direction when I started to lose my way. I am trying my best to practice having compassion for myself. I see you C-PTSD. You are a part of me but do not define who I am.
I have to remember to stop at my internal "Stop Sign".
